Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Standard 12/ XII with a minimum score of 70-85% overall All our programs are between the range of English A level grades of AAA – BBB. To see how Indian State board results and STD XII ISC/CBSE results are compared to English A level grades, for purposes of making an offer, please see the table below. The percentage will be based on the aggregate of the best of 4 core subjects (including English). Sometimes your offer will be made on condition of you achieving an overall score in your XII standard exams, while some programmes will ask for specific scores in certain subjects. As such, any subject-specific requirements will reflect the overall percentage required (eg. 85% in best four subjects, including 85% in Maths), along with the individual score for each subject. |

Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with minimum first division Or 60% (high second division from some universities). Three-year Bachelor's degrees like BComs can be accepted, but sometimes the content covered in such degrees does not provide adequate grounding for our more specialised Programme such as MSc Finance. |

English Language Requirements
All students applying to the University of Liverpool must demonstrate that they are competent in the use of the English language and satisfy the university’s requirements. Please refer to the university website for details of specific entry requirements.
IELTS Requirements:
UG: Overall 7.0 with no bands less than 7.0 (for General courses) or equivalent.
- Pearson PTE :overall 61 with a minimum 59 in each band
- Waiver 70% to all Boards except Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand.
PG: Overall 6.5 with no bands less than 6.0 (for General courses) or equivalent.

Note that TOEFL is no longer classified by UK Visas and Immigration as a Secure English Language Test (SELT). However, at the current time, the university is continuing to accept TOEFL, at the required level, for entry onto undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes.
