Undergraduate Entry requirements

• Students who have successfully completed Standard XII examinations will be considered for entry onto our undergraduate degrees with the exception of Medicine and Dentistry.

• Only 2 years gap is acceptable.

• Students who have taken Central Board examinations and achieved 75%+ or students who have taken State Board examinations and achieved 80%+ will be considered for first year entry.

• Students who have achieved between 60% - 75% (Central Board) or 65% - 80% (State Boards) may be considered for entry onto the Foundation Programmes

• English Requirement

• IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in each element:
• Pearson PTE overall 57 with a minimum 51 in each band
• IETS TOEFL iBT with 79 overall

Postgraduate

Taught Degrees (MSc/MA: one year)

For entry onto our Masters level courses students should normally have achieved a First Class or 60% Bachelors degree or equivalent from a recognised university.

Research Degrees (MPhil/PhD: three years)

For entry onto our research degrees students should normally have achieved a First Class Masters degree from a recognised university. Some departments may also accept students with a First Class Bachelors degree or equivalent.

• IELTS 6.5 with 6.0 in each element:
• Pearson PTE overall 62 with a minimum 51 in each band
• IETS TOEFL iBT with 92 overall
